Use of the site

The marketing site is provided as-is for informational purposes. The content is reviewed regularly but may contain errors or out-of-date information.

Early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We onboard in batches and reserve the right to prioritise applicants based on use case fit. Early-access participants receive features without charge during the early-access window; pricing and feature gating may change before general availability.

Intellectual property

The X9 name, logo, and marketing copy are the property of the X9 team. You’re welcome to share links and quote articles with attribution.

Limitation of liability

The marketing site does not store or process tasks or contact data; it only collects waitlist information. The product itself has its own terms, presented at signup. To the maximum extent permitted by law, X9 is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will trigger a notification to people on the waitlist. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
