Privacy notice

This is a placeholder privacy notice for the X9 marketing site. The production version will be reviewed by counsel before launch and is tracked separately. For now, the spirit of how we plan to handle data is documented below.

What we collect

• Your verified mobile number for the waitlist (SMS one-time code), optional backup email and name, optional free-text context, and consent choices you tick on the form.
• UTM parameters, referrer, source route, locale, and device type from the page where the waitlist form was submitted.
• Aggregate analytics on the marketing site (Google Analytics 4), loaded by default. The cookie banner lets you choose Essential only to disable non-essential analytics for that browser.

What we do with it

• Send you product updates and early-access invitations by SMS or WhatsApp (and by email if you left an optional address).
• Store waitlist records in our database and, when you provide an email, use an email provider for rare email updates.
• Understand which marketing pages and articles convert, in aggregate.

What we don’t do

• Sell your personal data to anyone.
• Run third-party advertising trackers.
• Combine marketing-site data with product-account data without consent.

Removing your data

Email us from any address we have on file, or contact support with the phone number you used. We’ll remove your waitlist record (and your address from our email provider, if applicable) without undue delay.

Changes to this notice

When we replace this placeholder with the launch-ready notice, the date at the top of this page will change and we’ll notify anyone on the waitlist (by SMS, WhatsApp, or email where we have it) of material changes.
